When placing an order you agree that all the information given is accurate and complete. You will receive and acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order and an Order ID: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.
By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you selected. We may or may not accept your offer at our discretion. If we can not accept your order we will contact you by email and shall refund any amount already paid to us. We will always make every effort to supply you with the products listed in your order confirmation.
We offer free delivery on any items over the value of £25.00
We aim to pick, pack and dispatch all orders within one working day and unlike other companies we only use next day courier service. This means that if you place your order by 2.30pm you'll receive your delivery the VERY NEXT DAY! Look around and i'm sure you'll notice this is something that you'll normally pay extra for but not with us. During busy periods this time frame may extend slightly or if their is an issue with our courier service meaning a delay in you receiving your order we will ensure that you are kept up to date.
For all orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday these orders will be dispatched on a Monday for Tuesday delivery. We are looking at a option for Friday order Saturday delivery which will carry a small surcharge.
Please note delivery times on bikes are 2 - 3 days to allow extra time for a full service to be completed and packing of the bike.
Christmas Delivery Information
We offer guaranteed delivery on any order placed before 6pm up to 10pm Chrismas Eve, 24th December, inc weekends. This offer is limited to a 30 mile radius of our location in Hednesford, Staffordshire. The following charges apply:
Up to 4 mile radius: Free
Up to 10 mile radius: £5.00
Up to 20 mile radius: £10.00
Up to 30 mile radius: £15.00

We operate a simple 30 days returns policy that applies to all products sold and delivered direct to you the customer. This means that for any reason you decide that you no longer want the product then you may return it in it's original packaging, un-used with the relevant tags attached back to us and once checked we will refund or replace your product. This offer in non transferable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If for any reason the product you ordered is incorrect or damaged then naturally we would be happy to replace the product or refund your money. To qualify for this you must comply with the following

Please ensure that you check your delivery upon receipt as soon as possible to ensure the order is correct, the right amount has been delivered and hasn't been damaged in transit
Should you need to return any products to us then initially you will be responsible for the cost of the postage. A returns form (obtained from customer services) must be attached with any products. This will be sent to you via email once you've contacted us regarding your returns. On receiving the products we will carry out an inspection and should we find that it was in anyway our fault or the product was faulty then we will happily refund you the cost of the postage. Naturally should we believe it not to be our fault then we may choose not to refund any postage and may choose to claim costs of packaging for returning the products to yourself.
