We're all customers in one way or another. When we sat down to discuss what we wanted from a website we started to talk about what frustrated us about using other website out there. Number 1 on the list was when you order a product, pay your money only to find that they don't have it in stock and you have to wait 2 weeks before they will have it in stock.

We pride ourselves on being able to offer a quality service and as part of that we commit to ensuring that as far as we are concerned if our website says that the product is in stock then "it's in stock". That way when you order a product from us you know it on it's way!
